This journey started from something very personal.
We began our journey in 2020 as Cake Mansion in Pandalam, Kerala, and today continue as Ishtam Pole in Dommasandra, Bangalore.
For a long time, we often had stomach problems after eating from outside. It made us think deeply about the kind of food people eat every day — filled with tastemakers, preservatives, and shortcuts that don't feel truly homemade anymore.
That's when we decided to create something of our own.
Not a big restaurant. Not a fancy setup. Just honest, comforting food made with care — the kind of food we would happily serve our own family.
So we took a leap of faith and resigned from our current jobs to start this journey from scratch.
Right now, we are starting as a cloud kitchen, focusing completely on quality, freshness, and authentic homemade taste. Every meal is prepared with attention, clean ingredients, and the belief that good food should leave you feeling satisfied, not uncomfortable.
This is only the beginning for us, and every order, share, and recommendation helps us grow one step closer to our dream.
All food is made fresh to order. We don't do walk-ins — please pre-order so we can prepare your meal with care and have it ready on time.
We deliver fresh, hot food right to your door — completely free of charge.
Outside the 2 km zone? No problem — you're welcome to collect your order directly from us.
